Our Policies

OK, here's the fine print: 

Return Policy - Items must be in original packaging and in re-sellable condition. Merchandise may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Damages or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. You may call our toll free number or email. Even exchange for "like product" will be made for product that was delivered damaged. If an order arrives damaged, please keep original shipping box. Without it, FedEx will not honor a return. Shipping fees are not refundable unless you have received an item in error.

Oversized Items - Oversized items are drop shipped directly from the manufacturer. FedEx oversize charges or special handling charges may apply.

Saturday Delivery - FedEx Saturday delivery is available at extra cost.

International Shipping - We currently ship to US addresses only - (and only the contiguous 48 states!)

"Hazardous" Materials - Alcohol based and aerosol products are considered to be flammable or explosive. They are not allowed to be shipped by air. Regular ground shipping only for these items.

Warranties - Manufacturer's warranties are your responsibility. Keep all manuals that come with your merchandise. Send applicable warranty cards to manufacturer in a timely manner.

Backorders - If a product is backordered, we will ship freight free as soon as the merchandise arrives at our warehouse.
